Fishing Methods: Cast, Drift, Troll
Rods: Spinning, surf & Fly
Notes: The Gulf coast spring run of Cobia usually starts
mid March through April, Troll the second sandbar.

Food Quality

Regulations: Minimum is 33" to the fork. 1 per person
per day, 6 per boat. must remain whole until ashore.

Catch techniques:

Bait: Live Eel, mullet, cigar minnows, crabs, cobia jig

Limited consumption of Cobia is recommended at this time.
